Questions

  • Photo ID for all piercings. We can’t pierce anyone under 18, no exceptions.

  • Never. We use sterile, single-use needles only. Safer, cleaner, more accurate.

  • Sorry, no. We can’t fit jewellery you bring in. We can’t verify the metal, threading, or sterilisation, and we won’t risk your healing. We stock implant-grade titanium and can order other stock on request.

  • Internally threaded or threadless implant-grade titanium. Safe for new piercings, no mystery metal.

  • I’m sorry, but the shop does not offer under 18s piercing, even with a parent or guardian.

  • Short, sharp, over quickly. We work calmly and cleanly to keep it smooth.

  • Depends on the piercing, typically 6–12 weeks for lobes, longer for cartilage. We’ll advise case-by-case.

  • Yes! Pop in for a check-up or downsizing once swelling settles.

  • Not for fresh piercings. Hoops move too much while healing, studs only at first.

  • Normal during healing. Avoid touching it, stick to saline, and come back if you’re unsure.

  • Avoid pools, baths, sea water for at least 2 weeks.

    Bacteria + fresh wound = problems.

  • We don’t use numbing creams, they distort the skin and aren’t ideal for clean piercings. Quick and precise is safer.

  • One guest is fine if space allows, no crowding in the piercing room.
